True growth happens when students are equipped not only with knowledge but also with the personal and spiritual development needed to thrive in every area of life. Our Formation Program is designed with two primary focuses:
Spiritual Formation and Leadership Development.
Spiritual Formation.
Spiritual Formation is about cultivating a deep, personal relationship with Jesus that permeates every aspect of life.
Spiritual formation deeply impacts every area of life. Summit Park College helps students grow in their health emotionally, mentally, physically, relationally, and spiritually. Through intentional discipleship, mentorship, and structured spiritual practices, students will be equipped with the tools and resources to help pursue Jesus in every area of their lives.
Students grow in understanding emotions and thought patterns through a biblical lens and developing resilience in the face of challenges.
We do this through providing personality assessments that help you better understand yourself, going through books to grow knowledge in this area, as well as providing counseling services for our students.
Emotional + Mental.
Every students learns the importance of rest, stewardship of the body, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
This is why we provide each student with a gym membership, implementing a day of rest, and going through books and programs on how to pursue physical health.
Physical.
As followers of Jesus, our pursuit is to be formed more into the image of Jesus every single day.
Students engage in interactive settings designed to strengthen leadership skills, character, and vision.
Building strong, Christ-centered relationships is a core part of growing as a disciple of Jesus.
At Summit Park College, relationships are foundational, providing students with opportunities to grow in their relational skills. We also offer materials focused on preparing students to become healthy future spouses, parents, and friends by equipping them with biblical principles for relationships.

Students graduate not only with knowledge but also with a firm foundation of faith, strong leadership skills, and a clear vision for their future. Whether they pursue ministry, business, healthcare, education, or any other field, our graduates will be equipped to lead with integrity, purpose, and a heart to serve others.

Topics range from biblical leadership principles to practical skills such as communication, decision-making, and team dynamics.
Weekly Leadership Gatherings.
One-on-One Mentorship.
Leadership is best learned through action.
Students will have opportunities to serve, lead projects, and take on responsibilities within the church and local community, allowing them to apply what they learn in real-world settings.
We pair students with mentors from within the church community who provide personalized guidance, support, and wisdom.
These mentors work in fields related to the students’ career aspirations, helping bridge the gap between faith and vocation.
